TB Marketing reserves the right to immediately suspend any account. This action can take place if any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security is noticed, you will be promptly notified when this happens and either have the account withdrawn or be asked to change passwords.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, or network connected to the hosting server, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the unsecured section of CIMS.
Once a user name and password has been submitted, this information is stored on the hosting server as a session variable. Every secure page that you visit will check these details against the database, at no time is this data held locally on a users computer.
In the event that incorrect login details have been entered or you have already logged in but been inactive for 15 minutes, you will be shown the logout screen. At this time you may login again.
If repeated fail login attempts or a breach of security occurs, further action may be used at the discretion of TB Marketing to resolve the problem – at its most extreme actions may include temporary blocking IP addresses.
